Clean with a musty smell at first in the air in the room. The receptionist at the desk was very helpful. The area is ok and right down from the airport, which is good.

Horrible hotel! Definitely not worth almost $500 for 2 nights! Hallway was so hot I could barely breathe! Tub wouldn’t drain while we showered, breakfast was just hunny buns in a packet and a waffle you can make yourself and the food that was cooked (sausage and eggs) tasted like military packaged food! My AC was broken and barely worked, the room next to me yelled and screamed all night long! this seemed like a run down motel, it was nothing that was pictured on booking.com. Plus I payed weeks before hand in full on booking.com and the whole time while I was there and after I left my credit card that I put on file at check in (not the debit card I paid booking.com with) has been ran by the hotel for $477.60 4 different times now and even after I asked them why and to please stop, it still gets ran and the guy at the desk says he doesn’t know anything about it I have to talk to the manager and he doesn’t get in until Monday at 10:30 and he can’t help me .

My wife and I enjoy our stay minus the elevator being broken but that didn't stop our vacation.

Definitely my to go hotel if I do not have a place to stay. It’s near many stores and restaurants. The only thing this time was the elevator broke so you would have to climb flights of stairs to get to your room(my room was on the 4th floor)
But I know it won’t be like this all the time. Service was overall nice except for the second day where I asked for my bed to be made and for the trash to be taken out but it was left til the next day where another staff member had to come by and do it for us. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely come again.

Where do I even begin. I booked this hotel for a quick getaway for my sons birthday. Once I arrived, I was greeted upon entry like " just to let you know, our elevator is broke and we have no rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor,  if that's going to be a problem I can cancel your reservation right now" I said..  oh, ok. Well hello, how are you? I told him that I didn't have a issue with stairs and really no time to search for another hotel being that we wouldn't be in town long.(oh, then he said they couldn't find my booking in the system in which I paid in advance before arriving)
On hotels.com (which I use often) did not indicate that there was a $100 incidental fee, only the $25 for pets. I attempted go show the employee it stated no fee.. . He became combative again. I drove 6hr, no one is trying to argue. Anywho, I'm not sure if it was because I'm African American to why he was so fiery. But I'd never stay there again. Urine in the stairs, mold on the ceiling of the room. I didn't see anyone else in the area that looked like ME, never again!

Reason for 4 star. Elevator down. Room is on 3rd floor. Room is cool and clean. Really did not expect that but I'm impressed. Bathroom is clean as hell too. Weird location for an honest opinion but it's worth coming here. Call them to see if the elevator is working though. They said they had a bad storm recently but still...I feel bad for old people with bad knees or those with little kids with a broken elevator.

I booked this hotel for one night and potentially two. I could hardly sleep due to the wet/moldy odor in the room. The hot water in the shower was barely room temperature. I spent the second night in the hospital room with my wife sleeping on the chair/bed in her room. I read many of the reviews listed here and many of those describe an experience very similar to mine while many others make me wonder if they’re rating another hotel. Or maybe they’re being paid. I have stayed at other La Quinta’s before and was always satisfied with my stay. Avoid this one.

From the moment we stepped into La Quinta, it was clear that this hotel was something special. The front desk lady ( Marian) set the tone for our entire stay with her incredible helpfulness, kindness, and wealth of knowledge about the area. Marian’s warm smile and attentive demeanor made us feel welcome and at ease, and her expertise helped us plan our stay to perfection.

The hotel itself exuded professionalism and visual appeal, with a clean and modern aesthetic that impressed us from the start. Our room was a haven of comfort, with plush bedding, ample amenities, and stunning views. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was impressive, making us feel like we were truly indulging in a luxurious getaway.

What stood out most, however, was the seamless blend of warmth and professionalism that permeated every aspect of our stay. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything felt perfectly orchestrated to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

If you're looking for a hotel that combines stunning design, exceptional service, and genuine warmth, look no further than La Quinta. We're so grateful for our stay and can't wait to return!

I had an amazing time visiting the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with my mom. We are high stakes slot machine gamblers and won frequently playing at Hard Rock. We did so well at this casino, the hotel comped our room for an entire week. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurants were fantastic. My mom has since passed away, but I will continue to visit the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in her honor. Wonderful place through and through! Highly recommended!

My friends and I got day passes to hang out by the pool since none of us had been. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel interior was, very clean. Everyone was very friendly that we interacted with, and the DJ who was there was queuing up some good music. They do advertise 3 pools on their website, but it's really only 2 since one is for VIP members only. One pool is family friendly and the other is adults only. Both pools filled up pretty quickly. I would get there earlier if you're someone who values having a chair by an umbrella, those were the hot commodities in the summer Florida heat! But based on what we saw, my next Florida trip will definitely involve an overnight stay here.

Casino is nice. But seen more games not working than usual. Bed was hard. And there is no microwave in the room to warm up food. The shower holder was broken so the holder wasnt staying up. And calcium build up on the shower heads. Most staff was nice with interactions. The pools were good and decent condition.

That place is a money grabber because they have no competition what so ever. Why do they operate a casino with all those high rollers tables and slots? People who work 9 to 5 don't have a chance to win money in that place. And I didn't see any $10 tables anywhere. On the other hand, the mall is beautifully done with restaurants, clothing stores, and a bakery. I will definitely go back to that elegant mall. But, I promise y'all, I will eat crow if I ever play another one of their casino games. And please pray before you go in there because they laid the hammer on me, really hard! Due to the casino being designed ridiculously for the mainstream to lose money, I will take away a star this time. I wish y'all the very best.

Good food everywhere and if you like to gamble, it's not bad. They do have a lot of payouts. However I thought the atmosphere wasn't as great as they make it sound. If you're a music buff, there is a lot of very cool memorabilia. The service on the casino floor was just okay, wish there were more servers. The service in the buffet area was great. I really wasn't crazy about the pool area. I thought it was smaller than it looked online and the bar and grill area could have been cleaner. We had a room in the West Tower and we were very happy with it, it had newer furniture and great bedding. It was also very clean.I am not sure however that it was worth the price.
