The top of nothing in this hotel has ever been dusted !! Rooms have beat up furniture, and the bathrooms are filthy. This place is stuck all alone off the edge of the interstate. Pool attracts many screaming , running children, all unsupervised. Avoid at all costs.

The restaurant opens at 5 pm, not much variety. Paid Breakfast, not much variety seen in other same-name hotels. Location away from food variety

Stayed here for the weekend to tour around St. Louis. Hotel was easy to get to and find. Our room was a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Our fridge didn’t work but was replaced within 20 minutes of notifying the front desk. The elevators smelled like some chemical which was off putting but that was the only place it smelled. Pool was a little dirty and could use a cleaning. Over all pleasant stay.

The staff at this Hilton Garden Inn are truly five-star — incredibly welcoming, kind, and some of the best hotel personnel I’ve encountered. Their hospitality made a lasting impression and deserves to be highlighted.

The breakfast was solid, earning four stars. Good variety and quality, though not quite exceptional. Just be aware it’s not included in the room rate, which might catch some guests off guard.

Unfortunately, the room conditions brought the overall experience down. The AC unit was severely underperforming, making the room feel more like a tent in humid weather than a climate-controlled space. It failed to remove any moisture from the air, leaving everything — including the bed linens — damp and musty with a noticeable mildew smell. The lack of a bathroom fan only made the humidity worse, despite the shower having great water pressure and temperature.

Because of these issues, I can’t recommend this location during the summer months. However, it may be a much better experience in the fall or winter when humidity is less of a factor.

If you need to leave your vehicle you can't beat this hotel! FREE parking, & that included an overnight stay with 2 weeks of parking at no extra charge! Also it runs a 24-hr shuttle leaving every 15 minutes. A very nice hotel at very reasonable rates! We always use it for early morning flights when we are in need of parking.

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of free parking available, which was a big plus. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Breakfast isn’t included in the stay—it’s an additional charge—but they do have a restaurant on-site that’s open from 5 PM to 10 PM. There’s also a pool, which looked nice, although I didn’t have time to use it. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

This is a great hotel. The service is friendly and employees go above and beyond. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It was very quiet and there is really good food at the bar. The salmon was especially good. They do Paek Sleep and Fly with shuttle service 24 hours a day that runs every 30 minutes. It is a nice location with ample parking.

Horrible, they didn't change my towels.
At first I was worried as if I wouldn’t be comfortable or enjoy peace. I saw the room first and it was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying and staff were friendly especially the overnight brother.

Poor staff communication front desk attendant spent more time on cell phone and smoking outside the front of the building then helping guests, I talked to customer service and was told I could check out a day early without having to pay for the extra night however when I checked out the front desk attendant didn't check me out and so I was billed for an extra night they refused to resolve the issue.

I’m a globally well traveled US Marine since boot camp at MCRD San Diego..1985…( complements of the United States Marine Corps ). I’ve had the privilege of staying globally in some luxury …some mid grade …and some real dives. This Days Inn located at 2810 North 9th Street, St. Louis, Mo…is in what is perceived as a rough part of town …with what seems as consistent bad reviews on various subjects pertaining to the motel. I didn’t see or experience any issues at all during my single overnight stay. The reason this hotel charges $100 deposit on the room is the area it’s in and the perceived client base. I was warmly greeted by both the security guard and the very professional and pleasant lady behind the counter window. I was not in my uniform this evening when I checked in… ( Levi blue jeans…Belleville 550 ST USMC issued boots and my favorite In-N-Out Burger T-Shirt ). They had no idea I carried 3 silver stars on my USMC uniforms lapel…until the following morning when I checked out of the hotel. I was treated with absolute respect while dining on the continental style breakfast they serve.
I love it when I get to visit St.Louis and the Arch, plus the tasty BBQ shops all around here. On a global level…when you hold yourself with a certain demeanor and personal presence …fellow human beings treat you kindly and with respect. So in my opinion… the negative reviews at this Days Inn are frankly bullshit. Lieutenant General Bryan Maxwell. USMC ( Now finally Retired )..🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

When we first arrived we thought GPS had taken us to the wrong location. This hotel is in the middle of an industrial area and the neighboring houses are in pretty bad shape. But we were in the right spot. As we got checked in there were some rough characters in the parking lot. We rode an elevator that smelled like weed up to our room. The room itself wasn't too bad for what we needed, just somewhere to sleep and shower. The shower had full water pressure and the bed was decent. The pool wasn't open and the breakfast was not good unless you want waffles every morning. No yogurt, no fresh fruit, no protein. Nights were rough since other people like to argue at 2am. I feel like this is a work in progress place, but would not come back again.

This used to be a nice hotel, but it is now quite run down. It has an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was a disappointment- not even waffles or yoghurt let alone eggs and sausage. Just cereal and stale bagels. There was no orange juice in the dispenser. One of the exterior doors is help open with a rock because the lock doesn’t open with the key card. Disappointing pool hours so my kids couldn’t go swimming with our schedule.

It was good, I didn't love the location at first but then realized we could move quite easily towards downtown, we drove so that made it easy.

Niel was great with his recommendations and kind attention.

Ok, pulling up to this place, you get the feeling you're going to get kid napped or mugged. I'm still thinking it was probably possible. The building looks condemned from the outside. Staff inside the night we got there was great. The hotel was what we expected. Our bed was wet, and the room smelt musty and damp. NO POOLS GYMS OR PRIVATE OFFICE. there is a car that rolls through 2 times a night, selling weed and coke... so i guess somebody reading this will probably like that...

This hotel was great!! Great service from the time I opened the door. Friendly and understandable. It was clean and smelled fresh. There was security and it had a barrier as well as cameras. There was wifi, cable as well as other amenities. The room was clean, bed linens were fresh and comfortable. Not only that but the price that was taken out matched the price on the site. Will definitely be back, thank you! I also enjoyed the view of the skyline💖🤘

Our room was clean and very spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. Simple breakfast is included. The location is quiet at night without any traffic. Walls are thin so sometimes guests could be heard but that’s easily solved with ear plugs, which I consider to be an essential for city traveling anyway (I’m used to hearing traffic).

The price was great so I am very satisfied.
