Kylee at the front desk is awesome. She went way out of her way to help me pre check in. She’s the best.

I always stay at the Hiltons and normally have wonderful experience. However, breakfast was marginal. Fruit was old, banana with bruises and fruit mushy. My English muffin had mold.

Room for a night. Very nice room, but dont expect a cooler, or good coffee. Didn't have breakfast, but the line was packed and food looked rather lackluster. Beware, the shower pressure is.... intense. Like bursted pipe intense. May accidentally flood the bathroom.🙂
A good stay for short-term, but I cant speak for long-term with access to the spa and pool!

Simple, basic room that was clean. Bathroom/shower were clean. Staff (Jose at front desk) were very friendly. Exercise room has cardio machines, a few barbells

Good location, easy access to highway, clean, seems like a pretty new property or at least nothing looked tired or outdated.

If you stay here, get a room facing the front of the hotel if loud cars bother you. The back faces a very heavy traffic road and/or the highway.

Apparently, folks in Springfield, OR, really like their loud cars and motorcycles.

Also, in my room, the bathroom door just automatically closes. It's kind of annoying. It suppose they do that because the door blocks the entry door when open (bad design). I just prop it open with a hanger, so I don't have to be in closed bathroom when brushing my teeth.

The bathroom door could probably benefit by being replaced by a barn style door.

Mini fridge, microwave, coffee stuff, TV and comfortable bed.

What more is there to say? Digital check in, digital key, come and go as you like. If you are antisocial like me then best app.

I write this review as I'm laying in bed here trying to sleep, but I can't. I can't sleep because I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbor above me is doing. I can hear them walking back and forth and back and forth, and it is soooo LOUD!!! I can hear when the put something down on the bathroom counter, or when they roll their luggage across the floor. Literally every noise they make echoes in my room. This building was clearly built very cheaply with no sound barriers. I've stayed at the Holiday Inn and Comfort Suites across the street dozens of times, and never had this problem. Plus this place does not have a complimentary breakfast. There's absolutely nothing special about this hotel. It's cheaply built, outdated, and run down. Do NOT stay here.

Despite all the renovations and construction happening currently at the hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is surprisingly quiet at night (especially if you have a room that is away from the elevators). There is ample free parking and the breakfast food is fresh and tasty. The rooms themselves have lots of space and lots of natural light. I would stay here again.

For a lower cost hotel this was a great value. Clean and quiet, with plenty of close food outlets around. Friendly staff.

Got here in summer for a week of work. After working every day in the 90 and 100 degree heat it sucks to get to a hotel room that is 80 degrees. The thermostats won't go below 66 which is really more like 75 real feel in the rooms. The thermostats are also on motion sensors so I woke up 2 or 3 times at night because the room is just plain hot. This hotel is the absolute worst in the summer and I won't be coming back. Other than that it's much like every other Holiday Inn.

We stayed at this holiday inn for a three night stay last weekend for a swim meet in eugene and it was perfect! The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, the housekeeping was great. The overall location is perfect for food with hop valley and other restaurants close by within walking distance. The pool and hot tub was great. Personally the breakfast was my favorite because it was good and always stocked, but the employees that were cleaning the counters and refilling the items were awesome! Always kept things clean and restocked.

I had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so warm, particularly Jessica at reception. She is probably the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. She went out of her way to make my stay nice since my mom was coming into town. The gym was great and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stopped to rest for the night. Easy access from I-5. Rooms were modern and clean. Service was also great. Was driving a big 20’ U-Haul w/ car trailer and had plenty of space to park. Parking lot seemed secure too. There was a police officer in the lot patrolling when we first pulled up.

Reserved a handicapped room, and it was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. I had a testing procedure scheduled very early the next morning and it is very close to the hospital as well as the freeway. All encounters with the staff starting at check-in and continuing through our stay were helpful, cheerful and courteous. My wife enjoyed the use of the indoor pool. It is one of the nicest we have encountered, and we have travelled extensively.
