We wished for a little more of a comfortable seating within our room. My mother is a senior and the bench in our room wasn't as comfortable as a love seat or couch.
Breakfast was on point and timely. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. I would consider booking again with there.
Booked a King room and slept decently. There was a bit of an odor and the curtains were dirty. Other than that it was decent. Great hot shower with awesome pressure.
Breakfast was decent but coffee was too watery without much flavor.
Negatives…
Ice machine in 1st floor was out of order.
The walls are very thin so for a while we heard the people chatting next to us and toilets flushing around us.
It was kind of sketchy when we pulled in as there were random people (possibly homeless) walking out of the bushes but never felt unsafe once we were inside the hotel.

The photos online are deceiving the hotel is clean, but it’s 1 mile from broadway bars ect:. If you are driving, you’ll have to find parking which is $25-$30 a day. The rooms are dark. The carpets are very dark and dirty. It’s really outdated. I don’t know how anyone in their right mind can say this place is great. It’s not. It’s a really bad location you’re surrounded by a gas station no stores to walk to the expressway is to the right right near the hotel and there was construction going on right next-door. It’s an absolute nightmare and the parking is horrible. There’s no room to even turn your car around. It’s really bad sorry to say the people that work thier r fantastic But this place is horrible. There’s no way I would ever stay there. I have to be honest.
We stayed at the Hilton in downtown for an extra $100 a night. It’s a total 360 absolute luxury There is a beautiful park Gorgeous park only onedowntown Nashville Right behind thehotel right on Broadway one block off best decision we ever made. They are also dog friendly if you want to bring your pet and you’ll just walk right outside and the dog has plenty of room If you want to bring your dog to Hilton Garden and forget about it there’s nowhere to walk them at all only on the sidewalk. Hate to leave this negative review. The people at Hilton Garden Inn are amazing and that’s about it.

The windowless fitness room is pathetically small. Neither of the two treadmills functioned during the 5 days I spent there. So I did weights. It was very awkward trying to do free weights between a couple of guys.
My stay came with breakfast vouchers. The dinning area is roomy. But the breakfast buffet offered the same limited, boring and tasteless choices every morning.
The staff did their best to help us, but there were no other availability. Hotel was completely sold out.
This is understandable due to the busy season and people booking in advance (we did 4 months ago). We got full refund immediately!
Fortunately we were able to quickly find a room with a King size bed at a different hotel.
We would love to give a very special shout out to Rhianna B., Guest services representative who is a true gem to this location! She went above and beyond to make sure we were ok, she is friendly, professional and was extremely helpful with our situation. She deserves to be recognized for her customer service skills. She is a keeper!
Don't ever stop smiling! Thank you for offering us and all other guests Popsicles!
