The worst overnight stay we have ever had, the hotel was very nice from the outside and nothing more, inside there was an awful smell, the carpet was stained, the curtains and drapes were dirty and there was mold on them.

Overall this was the best of a bad situation. The airline canceled my flight and booked the hotel for me. The room was nice overall, except for the bathroom. The light attached to the mirror kept blinking over an over again. I had to put a desk lamp in the room to use the restroom without feeling like I'm in a horror movie. Desk staff was friendly, but the refreshments behind the desk in the lobby are cash only. No airport shuttle so I had to pay outta pocket for a lyft to and from the hotel. Door dash delivers, so I didn't have to go check out the bar and grill nearby. Overall not a bad place to spend a night for free, bed was clean, no weird smells.

Everything was great other than the checking in process. Went in and the guy told us to go wait in our cars and come back in like 15 minutes, then we came back in and they were carpet cleaning the stairs and wouldn’t stop while we were checking in so it made it really hard to hear the whole time.

For the people that gave this hotel a 5/5, this can’t be the same hotel. I’ve posted pictures too but for some reason they’re not showing up. Everything you’re about to read, I have picture evidence. Our comforters looked like rats had chewed them, there was a SNAKE in the lobby so thank God my 17 year old saw it before my curious 2 year old did. Tub had spots where the paint had chipped off and one spot was the size of a half dollar. Hot water stopped working on Sunday (today). Internet was out Saturday night so no TV. Nobody answers at the front desk when you call from the room phone. We asked for clean towels but housekeeping can’t speak English and told us to go to the front desk but the front desk said it was housekeeping job and sent us back to them. A young girl ended up basically translating for us to the housekeeper & said that they would get in trouble if they gave us clean towels. Mirror had spots from top to bottom, super thin toilet paper which we had one roll and ended up having to use tissue for our butts. The location isn’t bad just hard getting in and out. The hotel looks nice on the outside too, lobby was clean and hallways but those rooms, a different story! I didn’t get breakfast because if the sheets looked like that, I can only imagine what some of those dishes look like when preparing the food.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel seem to be one that has been upgraded and updated to meet today's styles and standards.

We wished for a little more of a comfortable seating within our room. My mother is a senior and the bench in our room wasn't as comfortable as a love seat or couch.

Breakfast was on point and timely. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. I would consider booking again with there.

My room definitely wasn't vacuumed or wiped down. The mattress cover had numerous stains. The room was damp and had to set the AC to 60 degrees to get the humidity down. The entire place needs updating. I was double charged for the room so we'll see how long that takes to get resolved. $50 security deposit required.

Nice hotel and attentive staff. The rooms are typical of most places in this model, but we're clean and maintained well. Staff was helpful in making check-in quick and easy while also providing tips for local eats. Continental breakfast was nice each morning. The only major issue is that the entrance to the hotel is pretty hazardous. That being said, I'm not sure how things could be changed due to where it's situated, so it's hard to hold it against the hotel. Still a good value and place to stay with all things being equal.

Positives…
Booked a King room and slept decently. There was a bit of an odor and the curtains were dirty. Other than that it was decent. Great hot shower with awesome pressure.

Breakfast was decent but coffee was too watery without much flavor.

Negatives…
Ice machine in 1st floor was out of order.

The walls are very thin so for a while we heard the people chatting next to us and toilets flushing around us.

It was kind of sketchy when we pulled in as there were random people (possibly homeless) walking out of the bushes but never felt unsafe once we were inside the hotel.

I want to start this review by saying first I forgot the ladies name there was a woman that greets you when you’re walking into the lobby. She’s the best we love her. She was fantastic and the valet guys were great but that’s the only positive I can give.

The photos online are deceiving the hotel is clean, but it’s 1 mile from broadway bars ect:. If you are driving, you’ll have to find parking which is $25-$30 a day. The rooms are dark. The carpets are very dark and dirty. It’s really outdated. I don’t know how anyone in their right mind can say this place is great. It’s not. It’s a really bad location you’re surrounded by a gas station no stores to walk to the expressway is to the right right near the hotel and there was construction going on right next-door. It’s an absolute nightmare and the parking is horrible. There’s no room to even turn your car around. It’s really bad sorry to say the people that work thier r fantastic But this place is horrible. There’s no way I would ever stay there. I have to be honest.
We stayed at the Hilton in downtown for an extra $100 a night. It’s a total 360 absolute luxury There is a beautiful park Gorgeous park only onedowntown Nashville Right behind thehotel right on Broadway one block off best decision we ever made. They are also dog friendly if you want to bring your pet and you’ll just walk right outside and the dog has plenty of room If you want to bring your dog to Hilton Garden and forget about it there’s nowhere to walk them at all only on the sidewalk. Hate to leave this negative review. The people at Hilton Garden Inn are amazing and that’s about it.

We were booked to stay here for tonight, but due to Price lines screw up, they did not follow through with the reservation for us. Rihanna, guest services was a huge help and we ended up getting booked next-door. She was our savior for this trip to Nashville, which is my first time ever being here. With a staff like this, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. When the on-site restaurant had a slight delay, they went above and beyond by offering nearby food recommendations, which were much appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is close to a busy street. I had to wear earplugs to block out the traffic noise (I'm usually a sound sleeper). The air conditioner is also super loud because it's old.

The windowless fitness room is pathetically small. Neither of the two treadmills functioned during the 5 days I spent there. So I did weights. It was very awkward trying to do free weights between a couple of guys.

My stay came with breakfast vouchers. The dinning area is roomy. But the breakfast buffet offered the same limited, boring and tasteless choices every morning.

Room was comfy and roomy. Shower pressure was good but didn’t get quite hot enough. Body wash in shower was empty. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold and also had water leaking out of it. Valet service was impeccable and only a bit more expensive than public parking. Service all around was great.

Great location, amazing staff. Unfortunately couldn't enjoy the full experience due to the AC not working in the room we booked.
The staff did their best to help us, but there were no other availability. Hotel was completely sold out.
This is understandable due to the busy season and people booking in advance (we did 4 months ago). We got full refund immediately!
Fortunately we were able to quickly find a room with a King size bed at a different hotel.
We would love to give a very special shout out to Rhianna B., Guest services representative who is a true gem to this location! She went above and beyond to make sure we were ok, she is friendly, professional and was extremely helpful with our situation. She deserves to be recognized for her customer service skills. She is a keeper!
Don't ever stop smiling! Thank you for offering us and all other guests Popsicles!

This was a nice hotel that's less than a mile from downtown. Great walking distance with some good shoes. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful, friendly and informative. Rooms were clean and neat. Also, there was a live performance in the restaurant area that night we checked in. When the football season starts, I will be back. They are working on the expansion so if you are looking for quiet, go elsewhere.
