315 is well worth a stay here for a 1 bed room unit . I was surprised by the great costumer service and hospitality from the room attendants. The only downside is I do think ownership should invest and remodel . But for 315 you can beat it comfortable bed good ac. Few spiders is normal NO BED BUGS ! I will be back thank you .

These ppl will go in your room while u are gone and do who knows what! I left to go to work and I left my son in the room! I was gone for maybe 5 mins and they opened my door surprised to see my son who is 18 laying in one of the beds! They then began to ask him if he needed something! They really was trying to be slick not knowing someone was still in my room! Next morning at 10:50 housekeeper knocks on the door and immediately opened the door to tell me checkout was 11! I had just got out the shower so she seen all my goodies! Horrible experience! Nasty beds and bedding! Everything smells like old cigarettes! Wifi doesn't work! So many crack heads walking around! I do NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE! 85 dollars a night for the nastiest hotel in the city!
We were both tired and exhausted. We over slept and the front desk was supportive and allowed us an extended period of time. We ended up staying another night. Thank God. Definitely helped us out and I will be back again.

Not great. It look 3 tries to get a room where the tv worked. Then the phone didn't work. And there were two conditioners in the shower instead of a shampoo and conditioner. I won't stay here again. (The receptionist was very nice and tried to be very helpful, though!)

We stayed here 3 nights while moving my niece to East Lansing, MI to begin her grad. Program at MSU. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful from the start, beginning with our late check in and right through checkout. The hotel itself is very clean, our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the continental breakfast was filling with several options each day. The location was perfect for staying near our niece’s off-campus housing and for shopping for items for her new digs. This is undoubtedly where I will stay again when I visit again.

Guy at the counter was a great help .. the rooms were disgusting. I had used towels and rags hanging. There was an old sock on the floor in plain sight.. hairs in the sheets and crumbs on the floor. Clearly the maids aren't working.

Our beds were very comfortable with pillows you could sink right into! The morning breakfast had mini omelets, a pancake machine, and cinnamon rolls! We were extremely impressed!

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. There were no blackout shades in the room, so I was woken up by the sun at 6 a.m.—despite needing rest before driving 500 miles that day to attend a celebration of life. I had checked in late the night before and expected a chance to recover.

I called the front desk several times with no answer, so I walked down to find a sign that read, "Sorry, be back in a few." When I showered, I found several long black hairs in the tub that were definitely not mine.

The pool was out of service, which was not indicated on the website when I made my reservation. The fitness room had spider webs on some of the equipment—it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.

Given the condition and lack of responsiveness, I decided to pack up and leave. When I went to check out, the same "be back in a few" sign was still on the desk.

About an hour into my drive, I called the hotel to voice my concerns. After two unanswered calls, the general manager finally picked up on my third attempt—only to ask me to come back and speak with her in person. Given the circumstances, this response was both unrealistic and unhelpful.
