I am awaiting an email to leave a Survey that I have yet to receive, but I wanted to inform the owners that is out dated an run down, it is meticulously clean and the staff are exceptional. Angelique, the morning supervisor, is outstanding - when I was running behind and slightly frustrated, she offered me a water and inquired if I would like a danish or some Chex mix to go . All your staff needs a raise !!!!

Reasonable place to stay in the area. Secure parking is nice. Rooms are ok and comfortable. Had a couple of maintenance issues with our room but I really no major issues. Breakfast is ok.

The staff here are some of the most friendly and welcoming I've ever experienced across multiple brands and price ranges, just superb. it's a quick ~20 or less drive into downtown.

I was required to stay here for work and noticed that the rooms are in need of remodeling. However, the exceptional service provided by Angelique, the supervisor, and Michelle, the breakfast attendant, was outstanding. Together, they delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced. They both demonstrated a commitment to excellence, which greatly improved my day, especially considering the challenges I faced at work. Their dedication warrants recognition, and I firmly believe that they both deserve a raise.

The room was very nice. The building was clean and well kept. The breakfast was appreciated. I was just somewhat surprised, when I had returned from visiting with my family and my room hadn’t been cleaned nor were my towels replaced. I am just used to that type of service. If you’re not going to provide it, then remove the signage in the bathroom, that suggests how to get clean towels.

The room I got was very nice and clean. Nice size bathroom. The only thing is the room door is so heavy and it was very hard to push open it seemed to be stuck you had to push hard after swiping your key. Also, the walls are thin so you can the people next to you tv or when they are coming in and out of their rooms bc of how heavy and loud the door shuts.

This location definitely exceeded my expectations! The service I got from the front desk was immaculate! Angelique was so helpful. Provided extra keys when I lost them. She was very friendly and personable. The room was very clean. Lots of food options available as well in the area. Thank you for making my stay worth while!

Overall: Tiffany, the general manager, went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I had a good stay. The room rate, relative to other local hotels, is a good value for the money.

The Good: The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. After a few non-consecutive nights staying here, most greeted me by name. The general manager, Tiffany, exceeded my expectations when resolving a booking issue. The hot breakfast is far better than fast food.

The Bad: Stated simply, this property is clearly due for a renovation. I understand that one is coming soon. In the meantime, the property is showing its age. By no means does it feel painfully outdated but it doesn’t meet the same standard for room quality set by most Marriott properties, at this time. My only other complaint is that this property is far enough from downtown that a car is necessary to get to any functions you might be attending off-site. That isn’t a problem, in and of itself, but asking guests to pay $10/night for parking is seemingly ridiculous when not having a car really isn’t an option. It feels like one of those “hidden fees” that we all loathe so much. This can usually be avoided by choosing a room rate that includes parking, usually offered for about $3 more per night than the base room rate.

We stayed at this Drury Inn & Suites for 2 nights as part of a family road trip. It was one of the most comfortable and family-friendly stays of our trip.

First off, it was easy to get to - right off of the highway - and had plenty of parking. I also appreciated how some things that were more complicated at other hotels were easy here: no parking pass to put in the car, wifi that you just connect to and don't need to log in to (and was fast). The staff was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.

Breakfast in the morning was excellent for a hotel of this class, and there was plenty of room so that even though there were a lot of people (it was a busy weekend when we were there), it didn't feel cramped and things were laid out in a way that optimized the flow of people.

We didn't take advantage of it, but they also have food laid out in the afternoon - enough that it could totally replace a late lunch or early dinner.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the beds were some of the comfiest that we slept on during our trip.

I hadn't heard of Drury as a chain before this trip, but will definitely look for them again in the future based on this stay!

Pleased with our stay at Drury! When free breakfast, dinner, and cocktails are offered, that’s a win win. Friendly staff! Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub were nice. Clean rooms, dining room, and throughout. Fitness room is great after sitting hours in a vehicle from traveling. Pet friendly! Beds were comfortable & pillows were amazing! (My ONLY complaint… get some great quality toilet paper please. A lot less toilet paper would have to be used if it were thick good quality, which would save you $ in the long run. 😉) We will definitely be staying again in the near future. Thank you!

Stayed the night for business. The desk clerks were very friendly and gave a very warm welcoming. There was a complimentary dinner, great hot tub, nice pool. The beds are hard, but that's the only complaint. Everything else was lovely.

I stayed here for two weeks and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their friendliness truly made me feel at home. I want to especially mention Ms. Sujita, who was highly professional, attentive, and ensure my stay was smooth and pleasant. Her dedication and warmth stood out and really made a difference. I truly appreciate the excellent service from everyone and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly environment.

We had originally booked a room downtown but when i realized you had to pay for parking every night, i canceled and booked here. We had things to do downtown so it was a quick ride to the city. The free meals were great! And free alcoholic drinks! I thought they would be pretty watered down being they were free but they were strong! We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub ( in the morning when there weren't so many kids) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and the bathroom provided was great - the shower chair and wall railings were helpful.
The only thing I would have to say is the beds are SO high! Very comfortable but it was difficult to get on the bed. If someone was shorter than 5'4, they would have trouble. The pillows were comfortable and the place was very clean. I always feel a little creeped out sleeping in hotels but this was very clean. They brought up extra blankets and they smelled like they had just been washed.
All in all, we would stay at Drury Inn again if it was available when we traveled.
