Verified Reviews of Denver Hot Tub Hotels

The issue I had was this loud, repeated noise coming from above my room. It was so loud that it startled me out of sleep every 30 minutes from 11pm to 6:30am. I was there to take the Bar exam the next day. I called the office three times before anyone answered. They sent someone up to look at it after I called at 1:30am. I heard the noise the rest of the night. When I asked the front desk the next morning, they said they checked and because they heard it coming from my room it must have been me because no one was above me. So they heard it, did nothing about it, and I paid for this expensive room I couldn’t even sleep in. Like, what?! I was able to switch rooms for my second night; however, the hotel comped me absolutely nothing. They were completely uncaring about my super rough night even though these rooms are far too expensive for that. I have emailed them twice and have received no answer.
Additionally, nothing really opens there til 7;30 am so if you want coffee before that time period, forget it. Breakfast before 8? Not happening. Do they not think people need to get out prior to 8 am. They have an opportunity here.
They don’t have their own parking. So it’s $20 a day to park and the garage is a little far from the rooms. It was cold and sort of creepy. They truly need a better reception area and a place to better unload. Or maybe provide a bellhop at that point.
Frustrating….

I left as I did not want to wait in the sun for hours while I was ill. Also my juice never came.
Ryan who helped with our luggage was awesome and so were the employees at the pool bar.
As others have mentioned, the front desk staff, which is the customer’s first and last impression, needs serious improvement.
It’s a nice hotel and I hope they can turn it around.
From the moment we arrived, the service at the Four Seasons Denver was nothing short of impeccable. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Every interaction—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
A special shout-out to the valet team: they are incredibly professional, prompt, and courteous. They made every arrival and departure seamless, always greeting us with a smile and taking great care with our vehicle. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers all the luxury you’d expect from the Four Seasons brand. But it’s the people who truly make this place stand out. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended!
What’s more, the stay was full of frustrations, and I’ll say it seems the post-private equity business model is in decline, relying more on brand power than their historical customer service. The in-room dining was nickel and dime experience. This was a far cry from the old model where the founder valued service, transparent pricing, fairness, and intentionally not nickel and diming folks; in-room dining felt like trying to buy a beer at a ballgame for $21. A number of in-room dining items were out of stock. The restaurant couldn’t even fit house guests in.
Here’s hoping that other properties still have some of the original FS magic going on.
The sticky toffee pudding from room service is delicious.
Go to the rally in McGregor square , trust me you'll be glad you did.
I wrote everything I personally had go wrong at this hotel but after reading I decided to delete everything due to the fact you wouldn't believe me if I did, that's how bad my first experience went . Anyway its a shame . You guys truly need some type of training classes every month on how to act like you enjoy what you do for a living if not your in the wrong business. As an owner of a company that provides a service you guys are failing horribly . Thanks for reading
One of the major reasons we gave a 5, The cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail were outstanding. Additionally, the in-house dining experience was phenomenal, with both the service and the quality of the food being exceptional
In particular, we want to highlight Mike from Valet Services . Mike has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our experience has been seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, his warm demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail created an immediate sense of comfort and trust.
Mike’s commitment to providing a safe, welcoming, and luxurious environment reflects the highest standards of the Four Seasons brand.
The in-house dinning, cleaning services, and the valet services exceptional service has been a memorable part of our stay, and we are sincerely grateful for the positive impact they made during our visit. We do suggest a bit more attention with front desk personnel. Possibly having suggestions for guest to go eat and things to do like other Four Seasons have prepared. This would be our only suggestion to make the overall trip exceptional.
Thank you for your service!
We had to remove our own bags from the Uber, the front desk was not exactly the most welcoming. She was almost robotic. No one even greeted us as we walked in.
The room was as nice but on par with many of the 4 star hotels we have stayed at in the past.
Hair in the bath tub from a previous guest. Garbage under the cabinet outside the elevators.
This was our first stay in a Four Seasons.
Maybe this is just the 4 seasons mantra?
Specific issues: advertised car service is nearly impossible to use. Valets are not friendly and are visibly frustrated by the car service. There is no business center, no printer, no workspace. There are no extra amenities, such an afternoon tea or wine service included. They use the word “unfortunately” when you ask for herbal tea, a newspaper, a printer, the use of the car service, or help from any sort of concierge. And that’s just worse than saying “no”.
