Guest Reviews of these Dearborn Hotels

Charming hotel. Room was lovely. We came specifically for the Ford museum and it's 5 minutes from the hotel.
We arrived at this property genuinely excited — the ambiance, the room quality, and the Dearborn location initially gave us high hopes. Unfortunately, that optimism evaporated within 24 hours when our rental car was stolen from the hotel’s parking lot.
What followed was not just frustrating — it was an astonishing display of negligence and indifference. The hotel has no exterior security cameras. None. In 2025. In an urban area. When pressed, security cited “liability” and claimed this shocking lack of basic security infrastructure is somehow a “Marriott standard.” That statement alone should be a red flag to any traveler.
More egregious was the absence of leadership. It took nearly five hours—and only after I demanded escalation—for a general manager or security lead to acknowledge the situation. There was no proactive communication, no sense of urgency. As a Titanium Elite member who has stayed almost exclusively with Marriott for nearly a decade, I expected a baseline of accountability and guest care. This experience obliterated that expectation.
This wasn’t just a security lapse. It was a fundamental failure in crisis response, and brand integrity. Travelers — particularly those loyal to Marriott — should think twice before trusting this property with anything of value.
It’s been 4 days since the incident. I have not gotten a call, response or update from anyone at Marriott nor the property. That should speak volumes.
Following up on my review it is now 3 months since the incident- the claim number the hotel gave me is not even recognized by Marriott- no one can speak to this failure. I have not been compensated for the stay, nor can anyone tell me why I dont have a proper claim number. BEWARE before you stay at this property.

Gorgeous hotel, very stylish and comfortable, great breakfast, great service.
I did not appreciate the construction, it was very intense and ruined the charm of everything. It would have been fine if they said something about it on their website or notified us in anyway it was going to be like that but there was 0 notification about it. The front desk person did not really seem to care about it at all. The "Market" was extremely overpriced even for hotel snacks and the card reader did not even work! Its a shame since the lobby and rooms are very pretty.
Amazing place to stay,
Love the old brick building exteriors but the exquisite, wonderful ambiance inside.
The breakfast was great, they had limited vegetarian options but quickly gave us helpful suggestions and offered fresh juice and food. We had farmers toast which was tasty!
On the final day, I had requested an extension as our flight was bit delayed, Courtney was very nice to help us by extending for a few hours.
The front desk staff, the bar staff and the housekeeping staff were friendly and awesome.
Would definitely return.

I was nervous when we checked into a room next to the stairs and facing the construction. Thankfully it was never an issue and we had a very comfortable stay. I thought the combination ice and water machines were delightful, but needed clear labels for clean and dirty glasses. The rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained, the staff pleasant and helpful. The amenities are nice, with both an iron and a steamer, pleasant smelling soaps and nice towels.
The real MVP of our stay was the bartender on the night of (7/25). He held down a very busy bar with kindness and grace. The catering manager that came in to help was also very pleasant.

Just wrapped up another work trip staying at the Dearborn Inn. This hotel is easily my favorite to stay at when in Dearborn. Staff are all extremely pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Appreciated the reception and breakfast vouchers as an Elite member. The effort and thought put into the redesign make for an impressive aesthetic that pays hommage to the Dearborn Inn's impressive history.
As someone working in the auto industry, I really enjoyed walking through the hallways to see the artwork and vintage Ford prints throughout the hotel.
Both the lounge and restaurant were excellent, particularly enjoyed the food and drink offerings in the Four Vagabonds lounge throughout the week. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Stayed in the Junior Suite for 1 night before our flight, to be closer to the airport. Beautiful hotel with rich history, everything is sparkling new but very tastefully done as to not outshine the original beauty of the old building. The staff was polite and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and our room was very quiet so we could get some much needed rest. Very close to Greenfield Village and Ford Museum.

Great hotel to stay, they should keep a micro oven in the rooms that will be helpful..
A bit underwhelmed by things so far. Here for a 5 day stay, checked in yesterday, and right off the bat the TV guide isn't working, nor is any of the streaming services - not a big deal. I reached out to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and the phone isn't working. I used my cell phone to call the hotel and let them know about the streaming service issue and they informed me they were working on it (known issue) but they weren't aware of the phone issue and they'd call me back. They called me back and they said the phones were not working as well and they were working on it. I left for work early this morning and just got back (7pm). Phone still isn't working, streaming services still out, and now the bigger problem is no one had come to my room. Bed was not made and the way I left it (I understand I still had towels and I don't need fresh ones daily as it's just me) but bed etc was something I was looking forward to.
There's an issue here - I was expecting more from an autograph collection hotel. I'd call the front desk but the phones are shot, so I figured a review was warranted.

It was horrible. We had a wedding there so we were multiple rooms. There was little tiny black bugs crawling on the floor. Long hair everywhere on the carpet and floor. Rooms were never cleaned during our stay of 5 days. Their answer was when we called for the room to be cleaned “ there’s no one right now staff are gone”. It was the most disgusting hotel I ever imagined. Keep in mind it’s not a cheap one at all. It was traumatizing. Never going back there again. Stay away from this hotel.
My recent stay at the Henry Hotel was made exceptional thanks to Mathew. From the moment we checked in, his attentiveness and helpfulness stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were there for a wedding event the Henry is the place to be for wedding events. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service, the Henry Hotel is it and be sure to look out for Mathew!
Perfect experience after I had to leave another local hotel due to being given a key to an occupied room. I felt super safe and comfortable here. I was greeted by great people at the front desk. I have a powerlifting competition tomorrow so it was really important to find a clean, safe space.
We had a wonderful stay at The Henry Hotel! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stunning building design and elegant atmosphere. The Autograph Art Collection throughout the hotel was truly amazing—every piece added a unique and sophisticated touch. One of the most memorable details was the hotel’s scent—it was absolutely sensational and made the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refined and inspiring place to stay!
