Absolutely incorrect description
Booked a room through super.com which said additional living and dining area which was not there .
An additional small kitchenette is described as the additional living and dining area which.
When raised the issue both the hotel and the third party did nothing about it but just kept saying ‘ We are looking to it . Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience . ‘
If in the area better to stay at the Hampton Inn in the same area . Had a great experience there when booked through vio.com with accurate description and great staff .

The rooms are clean. The location for the motel is extremely busy. Eat first before checking in.

This was my second time going to Charlotte and I stayed here the first time I went. Due to no fault of my own and the weather delays and the airport being shut down and gridlocked for hours I was unable to get into Charlotte. I reached out to the hotel to ask about waiving the penalty and I was told no. I reached out to the corporate level and they said no. So basically this hotel and brand is so hard up for money that they still charged me a penalty when it was not my fault. I cannot control the weather. No one could get in or out of the city by plane. There was no compassion or empathy. I hope those $130 help you stay in business. The next time I am in Charlotte I will not be staying here nor will I refer anyone.

Headed to Charlotte airport from Virginia Beach stopped in at about 12:45am. The night auditor was friendly and despite the hour, had a great attitude. The building and parking lot were clean on the way in. I was impressed by how clean the room was. Headed down for breakfast at 7:30am. That was in the top 5 complimentary breakfast. There was hot food and the usual continental, but there was biscuits and gravy….. at a hotel…. For free…. If I’m in the area again, we’ll be back.

The service was outstanding. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious.
The only downside was the pool being closed and kids running up and down on the fourth floor.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was nice and hot. Definitely a good place to stay. Only reason for the 4 star is because parking can be very hectic. We had to park at the plaza next to the hotel because there was no parking on the premises. If in the area again definitely will come again.

I am staying at this Hilton Garden Inn and booked a King Jr. Suite. The room itself is impressively spacious, giving me plenty of space to relax and spread out. I especially appreciate the large work desk—it’s a nice perk for getting things done without feeling cramped.

The suite comes with two TVs, which is great in theory, but neither offer internet streaming options. In 2025, that feels a bit outdated. The bed is quite comfortable!

Another plus, the water pressure in the shower is excellent and the towels are plush and high-quality. The front desk staff looks professional, but the warmth and friendliness you expect aren’t really there.

The onsite bar is a pleasant surprise—the pizza in particular was very tasty. Food prices are definitely on the high side, but the quality was solid. Parking is another strong point, with ample free spaces in a well-lit lot, so coming and going was easy and felt safe.

No room service even though it’s stated to be offered on the app. You can’t even call from your room to place a food order, you have to go down and place it haha…what?

The “premium” WiFi is hot garbage and I will be refunded for that. 4-6mbps is not enhanced nor premium. I struggle to get emails out and do basic business functions.

Overall, this hotel delivers a comfortable, functional stay with a few standout features, but there’s definitely room for some modern updates and warmer customer service.

I stayed in an upgraded room 205. It was a small apartment. Huge living room, separate bedroom, and it had 1 1/2 baths. The half off the living room and the huge master bath off the bedroom.

This was a fantastic stay. From the time I was greeted by Mr James at the front desk that ensured I was taken care of and Ms Gen who knocked on our door with balloons and a card for my grandson Blaine who was turning 7 the next day. He thought they were his surprise not knowing there was more to come. They greeted him with Happy birthday at breakfast. Sharon and Maria brought my daughter and myself coffee to the table. He really felt like visiting family that were glad you came. I will be telling this story for years to come. As Blaine was in the room looking at TV he saw a Great Wolf Lodge commercial and asked me could he go there next year for his birthday not knowing he was on his way there. It has been an amazing trip. You have now set a high bar for everyone else to try to follow. I'll be back to Concord and I'll be right back here with y'all. Thanks for a superb stay.,💗

We had awesome service. It was very clean and just a great vibe! We stayed for a concert and the uber cost was $37.00 with tip round trip. Great start! Highly recommend the Village Corner Cafe to eat!!! Half off apps and sandwiches between 2-5!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. Two individuals, in particular, stood out during my visit—Gianni at the front desk and Shayla, who served as a waitress during breakfast.

From the moment my family and I arrived, Gianni greeted us with warmth and professionalism. His welcoming demeanor, courteous nature, and genuine hospitality made our check-in experience seamless and pleasant. He was attentive, kind, and ensured that we felt valued as guests.

Shayla, who assisted us in the dining area, was equally outstanding. She provided impeccable service, ensuring our orders were delivered promptly and that our glasses were always filled. Her friendly and accommodating attitude made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She handled every request with a smile and demonstrated a level of professionalism that is commendable. Additionally, her supervisor, Mr. Norbert, was also very kind and welcoming.

Overall, the staff at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to outstanding customer service creates an inviting and memorable experience for guests. Whenever I return to Charlotte, this will undoubtedly be my preferred hotel, and I will highly recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues.
