Not all the rooms have a tub with jets. We had one in our 2 bedroom unit, however the single bedroom unit didnt have one, which was a bummer to the kiddos.

My family loved this resort. The 2 bedroom suite for 3 of my brothers and their families. At least 2 of my brothers said thst this was the largest room they ever had for their family and loved having 2 bathrooms. Loved the security detail and the secure parking lot across the street for my vehicle with the roof box on top. Elevators are smart and fast! Checkin, NO hassle about attending or joining a presentation since we arrived after 10 or 11pm. The day after check-in, we were hassled about joining a presentation.

My wife wanted to travel North, so I logged in to the club Wyndham destinations portal website and found this location. My wife wanted to invite family, so we did that, planned it accordingly and so glad my family enjoyed the trip and their stay. We ate breakfast at Gilchrist Restaurant and did the boardwalk two mornings and nights in a row, respectively.

The pool with windows and retractable roof was amazing, had a nice breeze and was not hot at all like most pool rooms are hot. The outdoor seating area beside the pool room was even more phenomenal. Our children joined the bubbles party where they played music while adults enjoyed the music. Excellent sound system playing the music during the bubbles party. The next day, they had a reggae band playing and singing live music inside. I was able to wash and dry some laundry in the laundry room at no cost and no need of detergent since detergent was added automatically by the washer. Some of my family watched the Lilo and Stitch movie in the movie room. All of these things mentioned were on the 6th floor.

We are glad we were able to stay here before they closed this location permanently.

“Dale Deserves a Raise (and Maybe a Juice Box)”

I checked into the Wyndham in Atlantic City expecting a decent stay, but what I didn’t expect was to meet Dale—the 18-year-old hotel hero I never knew I needed.

This kid greeted me with the energy of someone who just finished a Monster energy drink and a motivational podcast. He’s part concierge, part stand-up comedian, part “I just graduated high school and my mom still packs my lunch.”

Need extra towels? Dale sprints like he’s in the Olympics.
Need restaurant recommendations? Dale’s got you with a Yelp list and a personal anecdote about his “bad taco Tuesday experience.”
Locked out of your room because you forgot your key card in your sock drawer? Dale’s already on it, and probably making fun of you in the most charming way possible.

I saw him trying to fix the vending machine with a butter knife and pure optimism. Iconic.

In short: Dale is a legend. Protect this child. Give him a raise. Give him a cape. Or at the very least, give him a break. He’s been on shift for 9 hours and is running purely on caffeine and vibes.

Thanks, Dale. Stay weird. 🫡

Our room was updated and very nice. Our biggest issue was a couple of things. First off we realize that check-in is at 4pm. We arrived at 10:30am due to leaving Philly from our previous stay. We asked if they had any rooms ready and they said no so we asked if they could let us know when they had one. I was frustrated after going back a couple more times later in the afternoon and still no rooms were ready. At 3:45pm they said our room was done. So magically all the rooms were becoming available at 3:45/4pm?! My only other thought is they only have 1 floor of 2 bedrooms. Not sure. The biggest issue and why we would not be staying there again was the elevator. It worked like no elevator I had ever seen. When we arrived they had just rescued people off one of the elevators so they were down to 2 and you had to wait FOREVER to get on one. Instead of the normal way of using one you had to go up to a tablet and punch in your floor for every person in your party. It would then “assign” you an elevator. It always took FOREVER for an elevator to arrive and we even took the stairs from the 15 floor several times due to capacity issues. I heard guests complaining our whole stay, shame on Wyndham for not addressing this issue.

This was my first time staying here i usually stay at the casino but I tried this place due to it having a full size kitchen which was great. I just didn't feel welcomed by their guest service host who didn't give me the friendly welcoming speech as well as the benefits of staying there like I heard the previous guest before me receive. I hate to think it was about race but it sure felt that way. Not to mention she never gave me bands for my children so they can explore the facility freely. Other than the harsh and inattentive host the place is great for a quick family getaway.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we checked into our room, we immediately discovered clothing under the sheets, cups and bottles under the bed, and the entire room was filthy. The smell was horrible, the carpet was sticky, and many things in the room were broken. Even opening the door was a struggle.

To make things worse, we booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. At check-in, we were told the pool was under maintenance but would be ready the next day. That turned out to be completely untrue – the pool never opened. It felt like they just wanted to keep us there while hiding the truth.
The elevators were also in terrible shape – not working properly, dirty, and filled with a horrible smell. Right next to the parking elevator we saw several homeless people, which made us feel unsafe. The parking area itself was filthy and had the same awful smell.

The staff member we dealt with was not professional or helpful at all. Between the nasty room, the lies about the pool, and the lack of basic cleanliness, we couldn’t stay any longer and had to leave after just one night.

Save yourself the stress and money – do not book this hotel.

“I stayed at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The room was old, dirty, and had cockroaches. Even the lobby had cockroaches. The hotel overall feels poorly maintained and not suitable for anyone with asthma or allergies. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for cleaner, well-maintained options in Atlantic City.”

We just came back from staying 2 nights in this hotel. It was absolute hell from the second I checked in. We had the least friendly staff member- who barely said a word to us as we signed a bunch of different screens, and signed, without being told what was happening (we booked 2 rooms). Handed us our keys without saying a word about the pool being closed down and unusable; to the elevator leading to the rooftop restaurant undergoing maintenance from the upper floors..then sending us up at 9:30 with a group of 3 children so that we could be yelled at the second we stepped off the elevator into the restaurant! I went back to the front desk to talk with the employee and she was disgustingly rude to me, argued with me; and just plain old did not care what so ever. We felt completely unwelcome, frustrated, and let down. Then to top it off, our rooms were disgusting. The previous guest left his ID in my bed.. along with pubic hair!! They obviously didn’t clean my bed. I slept 2 days on top of all of the covers because I was so disgusted. We felt completely defeated. The hallways were disgusting, the guests on our floor were loud and obnoxious at all hours off the night. Don’t even get me started on the parking attendants being completely unhelpful and rude when we were trying to make sure my handicapped, veteran father could get his luggage out before parking. Not one single person in that building cared we were guests there. We didn’t get welcomed once. Departure was no different, the employee took a phone call while checking us out, covered the mouth of the phone and told us we were all set… we had to request a receipt and for him to explain to us the holds on the room and process of it being refunded. Never once did anyone take the time to talk to us about anything. I would never ever stay here again, and I will make sure to warn everyone all my friends and family to stay away when they visit Atlantic City.

Perfectly situated just steps from the Boardwalk and the beach, its location couldn’t be more ideal for soaking up everything Atlantic City has to offer. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the real treat is their jacuzzi room — the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the casinos, shopping, and shoreline. Add in friendly service and surprisingly affordable rates, and you’ve got a fabulous stay that feels like a luxury escape without breaking the bank.

A Perfect Stay with Classic Charm and Laughter!

I absolutely loved my stay at Claridge! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of AC, making it super convenient to get around. The vintage, old-school vibes give the place so much character and charm—it felt like stepping into a stylish time capsule in the best way.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. One of the highlights was catching the comedy show during my stay—such a fun experience that made the trip even more memorable.

If you're looking for a unique, comfortable stay with personality and convenience, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be back!

BEWARE!!! Do NOT book here!! Dirty needles!!! I would post the pictures I took but I’m sure it would get taken down. My family and I encountered (OPEN!!) dirty drug needles in the stairwell of the parking garage. My kids almost stepped on them (thank GOD I teach them to be aware!!!) the front desk is extremely rude. The only person that is nice is the manager and we were told one doesn’t come back in until 11 pm tonight so we are forced to stay here another night. Upon even arriving to the hotel yesterday, we were told at 430 (check in is 4pm) our room wasn’t ready. So we paid the $80 (INSANE parking fee!!!) to park and go get dinner. We came back at 630 and our room wasn’t ready. So thankfully we got to finally speak to a manger and she was very kind she got us a new room that was ready on the pool floor. We asked for more towels and extra pillows multiple times and have to go down and demand them. Right out front there are people doing drugs by the water fountain. Terrible terrible hotel!! They should be shut down asap. AC is definitely not what it used to be and NOT kid friendly at all (even older kids) . Not even for adults!! I’m hoping I will get a refund for the rest of our stay so we can stay at a safe and clean hotel with nicer staff.

I'm currently here for my birthday. July 11. I am highly disappointed. The room looks horrible to me. I have a good eye for detail. The ceiling is peeling, the walls have dents in them and plastered holes that are visible. There are stains on the mattress. I didn't have a phone in my room, so I had to go downstairs to request a phone. The elevators are not working to go to the roof top lounge, The Vue. I must take the elevator to the 21st floor and then walk up the stairs two flights. I just checked in today July 9, 2025. I deserve much better than this. I wish that I could get a refund, but I booked the hotel through Booking.com. The manager/ CEO need to fix these rooms, it's like staying in a project or shelter.
The pool area is OK, they need to clean the water and fix the glass ceiling. They should have a sign that state please excuse, we are, currently under construction. The Bathroom glass is loose. I decided to take a shower in my hotel room and took a video of the shower door. It's very difficult to move, it's stiff and the toilet is way to close to the shower. The ice machine has been leaking since I've been in this hotel. I did inform the desk of the issues, but nothing was done. They seem short staff at the front desk. Pictures and videos are posted for receipts. I'm pondering on suing for false advertisement.

First time visiting, and we enjoyed everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! The staff and food were phenomenal! We stayed in an ocean view room, which made the experience even better.

I personally love the old-style decorations. Some say it’s outdated, but hey—if you chose to book a hotel built in the 1930s, you’ve got to embrace the charm of that era. If you want modern amenities and design, maybe book somewhere else to begin with!
We had no problems with the elevators, hot water or with AC during our stay. The longest we waited for an elevator was maybe five minutes—and that’s understandable, considering there were weddings, a high school reunion, and other events happening at the same time.

The only issue was a splash of brown stains or spots on our room wall, almost like a Coca-Cola spill. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We’d definitely come back.
